To expand our training team in chemical-pharmaceutical production, we are looking for a
Chemical Technician as Trainer/Instructor Production (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Practical training of employees from other industries to become competent production staff in specialised topics such as: technology and process management as well as documentation of processes, occupational safety, hygiene, and environmental protection
- Active support of participants in terms of challenging, encouraging, and developing
- Further training of established shift leaders and shift employees within the training programme
- Contact person for the production department regarding training topics
- Development and further advancement of contemporary learning content and learning objectives
Your Profile
- Passionate interest in knowledge transfer
- Completed training as a chemical technician / chemical and pharmaceutical technologist, further training as a vocational trainer advantageous but not mandatory
- Several years of production experience in the chemical industry (knowledge of cGMP and ISO 9001:2000 advantageous)
- High social competence/communication skills and enjoyment in working with adults
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and experience with process control systems advantageous
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
