Your Role with Us
Our customers do not expect product salespeople. They expect partners who listen, think along, advise proactively, and strategically focus on business success.
This is exactly where you come in as a Consultant & Account Manager:
- You are the lead contact person for your SME customer portfolio at C-level, build long-term, trusting relationships, and develop them further.
- You constructively challenge decision-makers with our attitude, identify development potentials (cross- & up-selling) with the customer, and successfully close these opportunities.
- You consistently put on the customer’s glasses, understand needs, and translate them into tailored concepts & solutions – management-ready and practical.
- You advise customers across our entire service portfolio: Modern Work, IT infrastructure & security, IT operations & support, AI, process automation as well as data analysis & reporting, and bring the right specialists together when needed.
- And yes: you also pick up the phone yourself sometimes and support targeted acquisition actions and successfully conduct new customer appointments.
- You work with clear sales targets and are regularly on site with your customers.
What You Bring
- You bring solid experience in consulting and selling digitalisation projects and know from your daily work how SMEs tick.
- You are familiar with the latest technologies in the Microsoft stack (M365, Azure, Power Platform, Copilot) and actively use your expertise in advising our customers.
- You have a university degree or a comparable specialised higher education.
- You communicate confidently in German and English and understand Swiss German excellently.
- You are sociable, strong in closing deals, and highly self-motivated.
- You are conceptually strong and think in solutions rather than problems.
- You can advise and lead (at C-level), and even when it gets demanding, you remain clear, calm, and convincing.
