Your tasks:

• Support and further development of our key accounts in the Swiss specialist and retail trade
• Targeted expansion of existing customer relationships through the marketing of our versatile brand portfolio as well as acquisition of new customers
• Independent conduct of annual meetings and negotiation of terms and customer agreements
• Coordination of customer projects and tenders in close cooperation with the internal departments of product management, design and purchasing
• Professional and operational management of our field service including target agreements, ongoing support and employee discussions
• Independent preparation of sales analyses and revenue planning as well as derivation of appropriate measures

Your profile:

• Commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in sales, marketing or business administration
• Several years of experience in key account management, preferably in the Swiss retail or consumer goods sector
• Negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking and a good sense for customer potential
• Independent, structured and practice-oriented way of working with enthusiasm for both strategic and operational tasks
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and commitment to professionally support employeesGood MS Office skills, especially Excel, as well as confident handling of ERP systems and sales data
• Digital affinity and openness to new technologies and AI applications
• Very good knowledge of German; knowledge of French is an advantage
• Willingness to make regular customer visits within Switzerland as well as to participate in training sessions in Germany
