On behalf of the Gärtnerhaus Foundation, we are seeking for the residential area in Meisterschwanden, with immediate effect or by arrangement, a personality as
Head of Residential Services (80 - 100 %)
In this responsible leadership role, you will manage the residential area with around 60 places and lead 13 employees. You will ensure a professionally high standard of support for the clients and be responsible for occupancy planning as well as the further development of existing services. You will report to the foundation management and actively shape the future of the foundation as a member of the executive board. In doing so, you will respond to professional and societal developments and further develop the residential area with regard to changing needs and financial framework conditions. Cooperation with authorities, specialist agencies, and other partners is also part of your duties.
For this versatile role, we are looking for a
strong leadership and development-oriented personality
with higher education in the social or health sector, preferably in social pedagogy or social work, as well as leadership experience. You lead clearly and appreciatively, can motivate employees for change, and take responsibility even in demanding situations. Knowledge in the areas of psychiatry, addiction, disability, or justice is an advantage. You think in a networked and entrepreneurial way, understand the economic contexts of a social institution, and enjoy further developing existing structures and services.
