On behalf of the Gärtnerhaus Foundation, we are looking for a personality for the residential area in Meisterschwanden with immediate effect or by arrangement as
Head of Residential Area
80–100 %
In this responsible leadership role, you will manage the residential area with around 60 places and lead 13 employees. You ensure a professionally high-quality support for the clients and are responsible for occupancy planning as well as the further development of the existing services. You report to the foundation management and actively shape the future of the foundation as a member of the executive management. In doing so, you take up professional and social developments and further develop the residential area with regard to changing needs and financial framework conditions. Cooperation with authorities, specialist offices and other partners is also part of your duties.
For this versatile role, we are looking for a
strong leadership and development-oriented personality
with higher education in the social or health sector, preferably in social pedagogy or social work, as well as leadership experience. You lead clearly and appreciatively, can win employees over to changes and also take responsibility in demanding situations. Knowledge in the areas of psychiatry, addiction, disability or justice is an advantage. You think in a networked and entrepreneurial way, understand the economic contexts of a social institution and enjoy further developing existing structures and services.
