Our SAP landscape is evolving, along with the requirements for Security, Identity & Access Management, and Governance. In this role, you connect stable and secure operations with the further development of our SAP Security landscape. It’s not just about roles and permissions: you contribute your expertise to our SAP Security Roadmap 2028, advance security and IAM topics, and support the transformation around SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and cloud solutions. This gives you the opportunity to combine operational responsibility with conceptual work and actively help shape the future direction of our SAP Security.

What to expect

Rethink security and operate it reliably:

• The core of your role is the secure operation and continuous development of our SAP Security landscape
• You analyse complex authorisation and security issues from root cause to sustainable solution
• You ensure that governance, audit, and regulatory requirements are met

• Our SAP Security Roadmap 2028 sets the framework. You contribute your expertise and ideas to its concretisation and implementation
• For SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and cloud solutions, you develop future-proof role and authorisation concepts
• In SAP projects, you represent the security perspective and ensure that security requirements are considered early on
• Another focus is on further developing our identity and access management processes, workflows, and governance structures

• In close exchange with business units, cyber security, project teams, and external partners, you develop viable solutions
• You succeed in communicating complex security topics clearly and bringing together different requirements

What you bring

• Education or further training in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Experience in SAP Security, SAP Authorisation Management, or Identity & Access Management
• Practical experience in designing and implementing role and authorisation concepts
• Experience in SAP projects and collaboration with various stakeholders
• Good understanding of IT security, governance, compliance, and audit requirements
• A structured and solution-oriented working style as well as enthusiasm for tackling and advancing complex issues
