Responsibilities:
Monitoring and maintenance of customer systems as well as proactive handling of alerts
Support with IT problems via remote maintenance or directly on site
Management of IT tasks such as onboarding and offboarding, rights management and hardware management
Participation in smaller projects and support of the system engineers
Qualifications:
IT specialist with federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
Practical experience in a similar role, preferably at an IT service provider
Solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, VMware, Azure, firewalls
Driving licence category B
Very good German and good English skills
