About the job

• You will take care of coaching as well as the professional training / instruction of employees
• You are responsible for controlling processes within the framework of the four-eyes principle and also take on the processing of business processes from the areas of vested benefits accounts, occupational pension schemes and debt collection
• You additionally take on the personnel and professional leadership of the assigned employees in the absence of the team leaders
• You engage and contribute to the further development of business process management, in projects and working groups

• You bring several years of professional experience from a service-oriented environment and have sound expertise in social insurance.
• You have leadership experience as a deputy team leader or as an interim team leader.
• You have fluent German skills (at least C1) and command French at B2 level. Good English and Italian skills are an advantage.
• You bring a communicative, flexible and positive personality on board.
• You think in a networked way and have a quick grasp.
• As a leadership talent, you think entrepreneurially, are open to new things, have the courage to make decisions and regularly reflect on yourself.
• You remain calm and confident in challenging conversation situations.
