More than 125 Publicare employees support customers from consulting through digital connections to billing with insurers.

We are looking for you from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement

What you will achieve with us:

• Leading and further developing a team of 5 to 7 customer service employees
• Coaching and supporting your employees in customer contact and with demanding issues
• Promoting potential through regular feedback as well as performance and development discussions
• Ensuring smooth daily operations and transparent information flow
• Coordinating operational tasks and actively participating in daily business
• Independently managing customers and finding suitable solutions for complex concerns
• Close collaboration with internal specialist departments
• Active involvement in projects to optimise, automate, and further develop our customer service processes.

What convinces us:

• You bring experience from healthcare, the commercial sector, or a service-oriented environment. Your customer focus, communication skills, and interest in health topics are decisive.
• You have leadership experience, have completed leadership or management training, or are willing to undertake such training
• You are an empathetic leader who enjoys supporting, guiding, and developing employees.
• You know the daily routine of a customer service and understand the agile needs of employees and customers
• You think process-oriented and conceptually and impress with high resilience and teamwork skills
• You have strong communication skills in fluent German; good French and/or Italian skills are advantageous and represent a clear plus. English skills complete your profile.
