Training Coordinator Assembly, Workload (100%)
You are responsible for the independent coordination, planning and implementation of basic training and specialized training. By supporting the demand-driven product qualifications of our assemblers, you make a significant contribution to flexibility in the Assembly area.

Your tasks:
- Coordination, planning and conducting basic and demand-oriented specialized training.
- Monitoring the progress of scheduled training sessions.
- Documentation / archiving of completed training.
- Planning and conducting initial certifications as well as re-certifications.
- Analysis of knowledge level checks, scheduling of required refresher training.
- Revision and creation of training documents in cooperation with QA Assembly.
- Participation in process optimization projects.
- Continuous development of training processes in the Assembly area.
- Support and coordination of instructors during internship assignments in Assembly.
- Global activities in training topics.
- Cross-departmental activities in the area of training.
Your qualifications:
- Completed vocational training and/or further education in mechanical engineering, manufacturing or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of various assembly techniques.
- Quality awareness as well as team and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Good English skills.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in the defined specific area.
