Role:
Are you interested in how modern IT platforms operate reliably and interact optimally? You bring practical experience in system technology and want to develop further in cloud, automation, and infrastructure management? In this role, you actively shape the technical operations and ensure a secure, high-performance IT environment.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring stable and efficient operation of the internal IT infrastructure
Administration and optimisation of servers, network services, and central IT platforms
Support of Microsoft-based system environments including Active Directory, group policies, and Microsoft 365
Operation and further development of virtualised systems as well as support for cloud migrations
Monitoring system status, network performance, and availability with modern monitoring tools
Analysis of error causes and sustainable resolution of complex faults
Participation in the introduction of new infrastructure components and the standardisation of technical processes
Support in securing systems through patch management, access controls, and proven security practices
Maintenance and optimisation of backup and recovery concepts
Automation of repetitive tasks with PowerShell and comparable tools
Technical documentation and active participation in the further development of the IT architecture
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
At least two years of practical professional experience after EFZ graduation
Solid knowledge in system technology, server administration, and networks
Experience with Windows Server, virtualisation, and common network services
Basic understanding of IT security, backup, monitoring, and availability concepts
Ideally, initial contact with Azure, Microsoft Intune, or hybrid IT environments
Interest in scripting, automation, and modern infrastructure methods
Independent working style, technical understanding, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
