Therefore, we address different profiles:

• experienced ABACUS consultants
• payroll specialists who want to switch to consulting
• business informatics specialists with ABACUS experience

These are your tasks:

• You accompany companies in the introduction, further development or optimisation of ABACUS modules
• You train users and support key users in the daily use of the software
• You analyse business processes and develop practical solutions in the ERP environment
• You take responsibility in projects – from conception to successful implementation
• You configure systems, conduct tests and ensure a clean implementation
• You support customers with professional questions regarding finance, HR or payroll processes

What is expected of you:

• You have a commercial, technical or IT-related basic education
• You either already work as an ABACUS consultant or are looking to enter via your payroll or HR background
• You are interested in process optimisation and digital solutions
• You work in a structured way, think analytically and enjoy understanding complex contexts
• You are communicative and feel comfortable interacting with customers
• Very good German skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
