Environmental and Health Protection
Within the Finance + Services division, the Support and Services team provides diverse organisational and administrative support and acts as the central point of contact for the UGZ specialist departments.
For the central secretariat, we are looking for a motivated, committed and qualified individual by arrangement.
Tasks
- As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will handle telephone and written enquiries and manage the daily mail.
- You support the various UGZ specialist departments with a variety of administrative tasks as well as with the implementation of projects.
- You record building applications and prepare invoices within the framework of the building permit procedure.
- You plan, coordinate and organise events, meetings and workshops from preparation to follow-up.
- You take on diverse secretarial and administrative tasks and ensure professional administration.
Profile
- Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
- At least 3 years of practical experience in a similar position
- Experience in the public sector is an advantage
- Confident German; very good MS Office skills
- Quick comprehension and a swift, structured and independent working style
- High service orientation, combined with enjoyment of work and dealing with people
