Your Responsibility

As a course instructor, you are responsible for the preparation and delivery of training sessions lasting from one to four days. You are responsible for groups of 6-12 participants. Typically, theory and practical lessons alternate, during which you independently implement the training concept and support the participants in their learning progress. Through your experience and relevant practical references, you prepare the participants as best as possible for the final examination and the application of what they have learned in practice.

Your Profile

- Completed vocational training

- Experience as an operator/user in one of our training areas such as forklifts, aerial work platforms, personal protective equipment against falls, cranes or construction machinery

- Experience in adult education, such as supervising learners

- Interest in occupational safety and health protection

- Ideally, relevant further training such as SVEB I or EKAS Specialist ASGS

You have a confident demeanour and enjoy passing on your knowledge and bridging the gap between theory and practice. With your excellent manners, positive attitude, and motivation for the topic of learning, you are a creative member of our training team.

You have perfect command of the German language and ideally speak another foreign language. In addition, you are willing to acquire user knowledge of MS Office and to use the corresponding programmes.
