Quality Manager 100%
Responsibilities
- Release of materials/products and creation of certificates of analysis for products from batch production, contract manufacturing, and clinical trial preparations
- Handling deviations, CAPAs, complaints, recalls, and changes
- Creation and maintenance of quality-relevant documents (QM annual report, guidelines, work instructions, etc.)
- Maintenance of the e-document management system including training management
- Processing and review of quality agreements and contract manufacturing agreements
- Active support during inspections and audits
Requirements
- Completed pharmacy degree (Master, preferably with a valid pharmacist licence; federal diploma/equivalent EU) or other natural sciences degree (Master) in a related field
- At least two years of professional experience in quality control or quality management (pharmaceutical industry or hospital pharmacy)
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and norms (such as GMP, AMBV)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (C1), good English skills
- Basic SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Independent, structured working style, good self-organisation
- Enjoyment of teamwork
