Join Axpo to lead, scale, and continuously improve our Common Data Environment (CDE) on Autodesk Forma. You will steward a mission‑critical platform used by 600+ colleagues across 200+ projects in multiple countries. This is a project leadership role that orchestrates outcomes through partners and vendors, emphasizing outsourced development and integrations over in‑house engineering. Your work will accelerate the digital transformation of Axpo’s energy infrastructure portfolio across Europe—boosting collaboration, data quality, and delivery performance.

What you will lead

Product and Change Leadership

Own the CDE vision, roadmap, and release cadence.

Drive structured change management and communication.

Define the operating model for support, training, integrations, and administration.

Vendor and Partner Management

Commission and coordinate outsourced integrations and customizations.

Write clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria.

Manage partner delivery, SLAs, and quality; oversee budget and timelines.

Training, Enablement, and Adoption

Curate role-based curricula, playbooks, and quick-reference guides.

Deliver onboarding and refresher programs; measure learning impact.

Build and coordinate an international champions community.

Governance, Risk, and Compliance

Ensure alignment with Axpo Enterprise Architecture and security policies.

Lead UAT, change control gates, and audit readiness.

Manage information lifecycle, retention, and platform compliance.

Support and Quality

Operate a tiered support model for priority workflows.

Define and track KPIs for platform health, adoption, and value realization.

Proactively identify friction points and drive remediation with vendors and Users.

Access, Administration, and Standards

Govern user- and partner-access strategies and permissions.

Oversee tenant- and project-level setup.

Evolve enterprise standards: templates, folder taxonomies, workflows, and approvals.

What you bring

Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or Similar.

7-10 years experience of Product/Application Management of SaaS at enterprise level.

Proven leadership of a product/platform in a multi-project, multi-country environment.

Track record managing vendors/outsourced delivery, from requirements through acceptance and rollout.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and change leadership skills.

Strong understanding of information management, security, and lifecycle controls.

Experience designing support models, training programs, and governance frameworks.

Ability to translate business needs into functional specs and prioritize a backlog.

Willingness to travel every other month to our headquarters in Switzerland.

Fluent in English, German is a big plus.
