You are part of interdisciplinary development and project teams in various compositions. As a committed and innovative personality, you develop excellent products with us.

• Development and Design: You have design responsibility for customer-specific projects and develop solution proposals for assemblies and individual parts to be developed. The responsibility for packaging space and interface management also lies with you.
• Project Management: You are responsible for ensuring the defined milestones and costs, compliance with customer guidelines, as well as packaging space, interface, and target cost management, and you lead the project-related assigned designers professionally.
• Collaboration: You work closely with customers and internal departments such as manufacturing, quality assurance, service, and with external suppliers to guarantee successful project implementation.

What we expect from you:

• Education: Technical basic training and successfully completed studies (ETH/FH engineer) in mechanical engineering, systems engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable engineering discipline.
• Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience after graduation in development and design as well as in technical project management, experience in vehicle construction is an advantage, leadership experience is an advantage.
• Expertise: Profound knowledge of 3D CAD systems (Siemens NX is an advantage). Knowledge of PLM and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Team Center) is an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Passion for product development, strong problem-solving skills, quick comprehension, as well as good teamwork skills.
• Languages: Very good German skills, good English skills in spoken and written form.
• Residence in Switzerland, in the Winterthur/Thurgau region.

On site at the customer in Thurgau (compensation system for longer commute than to Nänikon)
