network organisation for entrepreneurs in the field of referral marketing. Since 2005, BNI
has been active in Switzerland and currently has around 2,850 members. These support each other according to the
principle "Who gives, wins®" in growing their businesses. Our clients meet weekly in local entrepreneur groups to build and
maintain business relationships and exchange qualified referrals. Membership enables the
expansion of the personal network and offers access to training, knowledge transfer and
international business contacts.
To strengthen our back office team in Lucerne, we are looking for an Administrative Officer in the Member Service Centre 100% on a permanent basis, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your main tasks
- Assuming a central hub function between members, field service and internal departments
- Member management and support (German and French, Italian an advantage)
- Administration and maintenance of internal operating systems (ERP, BNI Connect & BNI Swiss Portal)
- Processing of email inbox and general correspondence (German, French, Italian an advantage)
- Supporting internal and field service with administrative tasks
- Representing the internal service during absences
- Processing incoming postal mail
Additional tasks
- Processing leads in French
- Deputising for lead processing in other language regions (DE, IT an advantage)
- Administrative responsibility for fleet management
- Supporting accounting with internal processes
Your profile
Languages (spoken and written)
- German and Swiss German native language
- French fluent, at least B2 level
- English at least B1
- Italian an advantage
Software
- MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, Outlook)
- Affinity for software solutions in general
Soft skills
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Team-oriented personality with joy in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Strong communication skills and experience in handling objections
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- High initiative as well as solution- and result-oriented thinking
- Discretion and confident handling of confidential information
