For our client, a leading company in the construction industry, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Sales Consultant in Field Service (a). We are addressing a sales-strong personality who already has experience in the main construction trade or in horticulture and ideally has already worked in field service. Job Description

• Responsibility for the rental and sale of construction machinery, attachments as well as complementary services in your assigned area
• Active market development and new customer acquisition with construction companies, horticultural businesses and other relevant target groups
• Competent advice to existing and potential customers with a focus on needs-based, economical solutions
• Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships with the aim of a long-term partnership
• Preparation of individual offers as well as independent negotiation and conclusion of contracts
• Comprehensive order processing including follow-up, coordination and ensuring a smooth process
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces (dispatch, technical, service) as well as suppliers for optimal customer care

Profile

• Solid practical experience in the main construction trade, horticulture or in the sales of construction or horticultural machinery is essential
• Experience in field service is an advantage, ideally with an existing network in the industry
• Strong sales skills as well as a confident sense of customer needs and market potentials
• High customer orientation and closing strength, combined with a convincing appearance and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and responsible working style with great commitment and initiative
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form for professional communication at all levels
• Confident handling of common IT tools (MS Office, ERP systems) for efficient processing of sales processes
• Driving licence category B as well as willingness to travel regularly within the sales area
