• You develop resilient infrastructure and architecture designs in the hybrid datacentre environment.
• You plan migrations and independently implement complex projects.
• You evaluate new technologies in the modern datacentre and hybrid cloud environment.
• You conduct technical workshops and accompany innovative solutions through to successful production deployment.
• You are a technical trusted advisor for our customers and help translate requirements into scalable, future-proof solutions.
• You analyse faults, take over troubleshooting, and ensure thorough documentation of IT environments.
• You work closely as a technical sparring partner with our experts and further develop standards, best practices, and delivery approaches.
• You cooperate with leading manufacturers, actively shape our solution portfolio, and use labs, certifications, and further training to stay technologically up to date.

• You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification and bring several years of professional experience in the datacentre environment.
• You have solid technical know-how in server and storage technologies.
• You have in-depth knowledge of common hypervisor environments and Veeam Backup.
• Ideally, you possess knowledge and certifications in current hardware and software solutions, for example from HPE, Dell, IBM, VMware, Nutanix, Pure Storage, or Veeam.
• You convince with strong communication skills and a high customer orientation.
• You have great interest in new technologies, enjoy continuous learning, and like presenting and moderating workshops.
• You score with analytical skills, conceptual strength, and a solution-oriented working style.
• You have very good German skills, good English skills, enjoy working in a team, and present yourself confidently and professionally.
