Cloud System Engineer (m/f/d)

Salary - CHF110,000 - 125,000

Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Operations: Ensuring the smooth operation and performance of the cloud platforms

  • Migration Support: Assisting with migration to the partner cloud and accompanying the entire process

  • Further Development: Co-designing and continuously optimising the cloud environment

  • Component Maintenance: Managing cloud components and internal infrastructure, supporting with issues

  • Technical Account Management: Taking over the Technical Account Manager role and providing second-level support for complex enquiries


Qualifications:

  • IT education and 3-5 years of experience in data centre infrastructures, ideally at an IT service provider

  • In-depth knowledge of VMware vSphere, VMware Cloud Director, VMware NSX and VMware Aria

  • Experience with Exchange, Citrix, VMware virtualisation, storage, backup and monitoring

  • Scripting skills in PowerShell or Python

  • Very good German and good English skills
