About the job
The Auf der Leiern Centre in Gelterkinden BL is supported by the private "Stiftung Leiern" and has a service agreement with the Canton BL. We offer care for around40 children and young people in the boarding school and special school with integrated therapy services.
For a student residential group, we are looking immediately or by arrangement
for a social pedagogue 60-80%
We expect: appropriate professional training (HF or FH)
Ability for goal-oriented educational action
Experience and enjoyment in working with children and young people with behavioural difficulties
Practical instructor course
High communication skills in interdisciplinary collaboration
Confident, assertive personality with an optimistic basic attitude and
humour
Team spirit, willingness for cross-departmental cooperation
Flexibility and willingness for shift work including night and weekend presence
Confidence in administrative matters and good PC skills
Driving licence
