Team Leader: Security Service

Responsibilities

• Advising and supporting line managers on all security-related topics in the areas of Safety and Security within the Coop Trading formats (Coop City, JUMBO, IMPORT PARFUMERIE, CHRIST Watches & Jewellery, Interdiscount, Livique/Lumimart and Coop Pronto)
• Leading a team of security advisors within your own area of responsibility
• Coordinating and ensuring the prescribed controls in the sales outlets/distribution centres of the area of responsibility.
• Planning and coordinating the on-call service
• Participation in projects

Requirements

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in one or more of the following areas: occupational safety and health protection (OS/HP), security, safety or fire protection
• Strong leadership, independent and structured personality with high personal responsibility, confident appearance as well as pronounced communication and advisory skills at all hierarchical levels
• Very good German skills as well as good knowledge of at least one other national language
• Driving licence category B and willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein
• Experience and interest in the further development of security standards, processes and prevention concepts
• Due to the current team composition, we preferably seek a female person for this role so that we can support our employees in a gender-appropriate manner
