You will be part of a young and creative team working for many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the greater Zurich area. We take care of IT operations, provide innovative services via the cloud, and assist our customers with digitalisation. We work on many other projects related to web, digitalisation, and cloud.

At our central location in the Office LAB in Spreitenbach, each team member has a personal workstation with the latest equipment. It is the home base for all employees, as we are naturally often on the move. To allow our team to fully focus on our customers, we value plenty of freedom, independence, and committed personalities.

Your role as IT System Engineer

You will work for many of our customers and take on project, engineering, and support assignments. You advise our customers on new technologies and improvements, install and operate IT on-site or in the cloud, and undertake a variety of administrative tasks. These include product research, preparing offers for hardware and software, as well as planning and coordinating tickets, changes, and mutations. With your experience, you can independently, efficiently, and customer-orientedly implement IT projects.

Together with the entire engineering crew, you ensure the expansion and further development of the two data centres, which consist of state-of-the-art server, storage, and network infrastructures.

You manage all your tasks, projects, and services via our modern cloud business platform. With your care and commitment, you inspire our customers so that they feel well looked after and advised.

What you bring

You have a basic IT education or comparable, several years of practical experience, ideally already from the IT industry.

You have solid knowledge in the areas of Windows Server, Microsoft 365/Azure, virtualisation, firewalls, backup, and networking. And you enjoy engaging deeply with new technologies.

You have already independently led and implemented several projects in the aforementioned product areas.

You are a reliable person with high commitment and a good team player.

You hold a category B driving licence and preferably drive safely.
