Product Owner ERP & Power Platform (m/f/d)
Role:
As Product Owner ERP & Power Platform, you take on the technical product responsibility for a business-critical ERP landscape based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). You shape the product backlog, prioritise requirements, and lead agile ceremonies from sprint planning to implementation. You are the central interface between departments, internal specialists, and external partners. The role is exciting due to the scope for design in automations and AI use cases on the Power Platform.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the product and stable application operation including release, change and incident management as well as governance.
You analyse business processes and translate requirements into user stories, functional concepts, and actionable solution designs.
The practical implementation in D365 F&O is your responsibility, from functional designs to configuration and parameterisation.
You lead ERP and development projects, manage external partners, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Furthermore, you accompany user acceptance tests (UAT), training, and rollouts until effective results are achieved.
Additionally, you identify and prioritise AI use cases and automations with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
You have at least three years of experience in the ERP environment, ideally as a product owner or functional consultant.
You are familiar with financial and operational business processes and have already configured and parameterised D365 F&O modules.
Backlog management and agile working methods are part of your daily routine, as are project management and partner coordination.
Strong stakeholder management, clear communication, and a structured, solution-oriented working style complete your profile.
In addition, you communicate confidently in German and are proficient in English. Knowledge of the Power Platform, a feel for AI-supported automation, Microsoft certifications, or an accounting qualification are a plus.
