IT Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)

Salary - CHF110,000 - 125,000

Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Operations: Ensuring the smooth operation and performance of the cloud platforms

  • Migration Support: Actively supporting partners in migrating to the partner cloud

  • Further Development: Participating in the design and continuous improvement of the cloud environment

  • Component Maintenance: Maintaining cloud components and internal infrastructure, supporting the team with issues

  • Technical Account Management: Taking on the role of Technical Account Manager and providing second-level support for complex issues


Qualifications:

  • Completed IT training and 2-4 years of experience in data centre infrastructures, ideally at an IT service provider

  • Solid knowledge of VMware vSphere, VMware Cloud Director, VMware NSX and VMware Aria

  • Experience with Exchange, Citrix, VMware virtualisation, storage, backup and monitoring

  • Scripting skills in PowerShell or Python

  • Very good German and good English skills
