The further development of digital customer solutions in the financial environment requires a precise understanding of business processes and technical requirements. In this role, you analyse the needs of the specialist departments, structure requirements, and accompany their implementation in close cooperation with IT partners and software suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Gathering, analysing, and specifying requirements in collaboration with the specialist departments
Modelling and documenting business processes with BPMN 2.0
Preparation and moderation of workshops as well as creation of concepts, UML diagrams, use cases, and process models
Coordination between specialist departments, IT partners, and software suppliers
Support in test planning, test case definition, error analysis, and quality assurance
Conducting user training and support in user assistance
Advising specialist departments on technical and process-related issues
Qualifications:
Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, marketing, or a comparable field
More than five years of professional experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer, ideally in a Swiss bank or consulting company
Knowledge of BSI CRM and/or Finnova
Experience with front channels, customer interfaces, and requirements management in the financial environment
Knowledge in analysing and designing business processes at financial institutions
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Communication skills, initiative, and strong social competence
Business fluent German
