In this versatile role, you combine machine operation, programming, and process responsibility. You ensure that our production runs efficiently and that high-quality sheet metal parts are turned into finished products on schedule.

This activity is your passion

• Operation and programming of laser and press brake machines
• Independent processing of sheet metal parts – from cutting to clearing with robots to deburring
• Setting up and operating bending machines with a focus on stable and repeatable processes using robot technology
• Ensuring smooth material flow within the locksmith’s workshop (Kanban system)
• Responsibility for ensuring orders run through production on time
• Quality assurance in your own process step
• Active participation in improvements in the spirit of continuous improvement process (CIP) and Lean Management

Your expertise convinces us

• Training as a mechanic, plant and apparatus builder, or metalworker with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Experience in sheet metal processing, especially laser and/or press brake technology
• Routine in partial production, laser cutting, and bending
• Confident handling of technical drawings and machine controls
• Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious working style
• Interest in production processes, material flow, and continuous improvement (Lean / CIP)
• Team spirit and a pronounced hands-on mentality
