For the Ethics Violation Reporting Office, we are looking for a
Case Officer for Ethics Violation Reporting Office (80-100%)
Your future area of responsibility
Administrative processing of incoming telephone and written reports related to ethics violations in German and French
Organisation of interviews, including minute-taking and follow-up
Obtaining case-related information and contact details from parties involved in proceedings as well as sports organisations, etc.
Handling mail (receipt, dispatch, tracking)
Initial processing of the email inbox and forwarding emails to the responsible person
Independent execution of correspondence as instructed
Simple investigative tasks
Preparing and maintaining case files and file directories in the Case Management System
Providing files for legal partners, parties to proceedings, and the sports tribunal (redacting, copying, scanning, sending)
Administrative support for the department management in projects and other tasks
Our requirements for you
Completed commercial training
Further training or professional experience in the legal and/or social field is an advantage
Native German speaker with good knowledge of French (level B2), English skills are an advantage
Linguistic accuracy and good editorial skills
Strong organisational talent and structured working method
Quick comprehension and strong analytical skills
Knowledge of the Swiss sports system and association management is an advantage
Team player with high quality standards, free from conflicts of interest
