You want to combine leadership with technical responsibility and simultaneously drive the further development of a modern IT service organisation? In this position, you lead an ICT service team and actively shape infrastructure, service management and customer solutions.
The role is aimed at a personality who not only delegates but also takes responsibility for technical matters themselves. The environment includes Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft 365, VMware, modern workplace solutions as well as storage, backup and data centre technologies.
Responsibilities:
Leadership, coaching and targeted development of an ICT service team with up to 15 employees
Design of the technical and organisational ICT roadmap in collaboration with management
Definition and optimisation of IT service processes, service descriptions, SLAs and technical operating concepts
Responsibility for the operation of internal IT as well as data centre, workplace and customer environments
Participation in technical projects, recruitment, apprenticeship training, budgeting and introduction of an ITSM system
Technical consulting of customers and support of sales in acquisition, solution design and offer preparation
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure or service environment with initial or several years of leadership experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, PKI, Azure and Microsoft 365 as well as experience with VMware and modern workplace technologies
Experience with data centre, storage, backup and virtualisation solutions
Practical experience in IT service management and understanding of ITIL processes
Communicative personality with confident appearance towards employees, customers and partners
Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset, high initiative as well as very good German and good English skills
