Your mission:

As Scrum Master, you are responsible for the introduction, further development and optimisation of our digital tools and actively accompany our teams on the path of digital transformation.

Type of Work

Your backpack:

• Completed studies or further training in business informatics, business administration, HR, project management or comparable education

• Experience in training & coaching of tools is an advantage

• Knowledge of agile working methods is an advantage

• Experience with implementations or digitalisation projects is an advantage

• Good communication and presentation skills

• High digital affinity and enthusiasm for new technologies

• Strong customer and service orientation

• Ability to win people over to change

• Languages: German, French and English at level C1 - M/S

• Support of the sales team in presenting our digital solutions
