IP Network Infrastructures - Ubiquiti - 3CX - VoIP

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute and manage the installation, programming, commissioning and maintenance of telecommunications solutions for businesses and private clients.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Install, configure and maintain IP network infrastructures for clients.
• Deploy, administer and provide support for network solutions, notably based on Ubiquiti equipment.
• Implement and maintain IP telephony (VoIP) solutions, particularly 3CX platforms.
• Ensure diagnosis and resolution of incidents related to networks, connectivity and communication systems.
• Participate in securing IT infrastructures by applying best cybersecurity practices.
• Carry out commissioning, functional tests and documentation of installations.
• Support clients and users in operating deployed solutions and provide quality technical support.
• Keep up to date with technology and propose improvements to enhance performance, reliability and availability of infrastructures.
• Participate in the development and implementation of projects for modernising or evolving communication systems and networks.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a telematics technician, building IT specialist or an equivalent network-oriented qualification.
• You have prior experience in a similar role.
• You master IP networks as well as the setup and administration of IT infrastructures, notably with Ubiquiti solutions.
• You have good knowledge of IT security and apply best practices to ensure system reliability and protection.
• Comfortable with VoIP environments, you have experience in deploying and operating IP telephony infrastructures, especially with 3CX solutions.
• Service- and solution-oriented, you understand technical challenges while ensuring the performance, availability and reliability of deployed infrastructures.
• Autonomous and flexible, you know how to organise your work efficiently and manage priorities in a demanding environment.
• With good interpersonal skills and a strong customer service sense, you act professionally and pragmatically.
• Your analytical mind and problem-solving ability allow you to provide quick and relevant solutions, even under pressure.
