Your tasks

• Active support around the Go-Live of Abacus, especially with reconciliations, closing tasks and technical questions
• Participation in quarterly and annual financial statements including consolidation
• Contact person for internal and external partners on financial and tax matters
• Support of subsidiary ledgers in more complex tasks
• Deputising tasks within the finance department

Your profile

• Good to very good knowledge of the financial software Abacus is required
• Federal diploma in finance and accounting or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in financial accounting
• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Outgoing personality with quick comprehension
• Precise and independent working style as well as high sense of responsibility and integrity
• Confident, correct and service-oriented manner
• Fluent communication in German and good English skills in spoken and written form

Your future daily routine

For a fixed-term replacement of approximately six months, we are looking for a committed person with sound knowledge in finance and accounting. As a contact person for internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute your expertise in a versatile manner.

With regard to the introduction of Abacus as of 1 January 2027, you will be actively involved especially during and after the Go-Live. You will actively assist with the diverse upcoming tasks in accounting and specifically apply your Abacus know-how. You will work closely with your colleagues and act as a competent sparring partner for the entire team.
