About the job
Open position (fixed-term)
This is not a classic job. This is one year of experience in developing young talents.
In the basic training year Mediamatics at Bbc, apprentices work on real tasks focusing on multimedia production and current industry requirements.
As a coach, you accompany apprentices in action: understanding, implementing, further developing. You ask the right questions and create the framework in which learning through work can grow.

Coach Mediamatics / Vocational Trainer (m/f/d, 80% – 100%, fixed-term)
Your profile
- Experience in design, photography, film, marketing, communication in digital media.
- Ideally a qualification as Mediamatics specialist EFZ.
- Independent, responsible, with joy in working with young people.
- Clear in communication and at eye level.
