Is technology that reliably works in the background your strength? We are looking for a versatile IT personality who actively shapes modern workplace and infrastructure services while combining operational responsibility with strategic thinking.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the stable operation of central workplace and infrastructure services
Support and further development of modern print and document management solutions
Administration and lifecycle management of various client and peripheral devices
Support of digital signage and communication solutions
Analysis and sustainable optimisation of existing IT services
Close collaboration with infrastructure, service management, and internal departments
Coordination of IT procurement and evaluation of suitable hardware and services
Participation in the service desk for more complex technical issues
Taking on on-call duties after appropriate training
Maintenance of technical documentation, knowledge bases, and operational records
Participation in projects related to digitalisation, workplace modernisation, and IT service optimisation
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, workplace, or system environment
Sound knowledge in client management, printing, or enterprise workplace services
Strong understanding of IT service processes and structured fault analysis
Interest in modern technologies and continuous automation of IT processes
Independent, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious working style
Enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
