Together with our client, an industrial company in the technical manufacturing sector, we are looking to appoint a Production Manager 80–100%. The company specialises in the production of sophisticated technical components and assemblies, combining many years of experience with modern production methods and high-quality standards. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You will take on the professional and personnel management of a ten-member team in the technical production environment and promote its further development
• With forward-looking deployment and resource planning, you ensure efficient processes and an optimal production flow
• You ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery deadlines, and economic objectives in day-to-day operations
• By consistently implementing safety regulations and industry-specific requirements, you guarantee a reliable production environment

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed a technical basic education, preferably in mechanical engineering, and ideally bring suitable further training
• You have already gained at least two years of professional experience, preferably in a cleanroom environment; leadership experience is a plus
• Very good German skills are required, while English skills and confident use of common IT applications are advantageous
• As a communicative and flexible personality, you convince with team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented way of working
