IT Support Specialist Plant Sissach (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for 1st and 2nd level support as well as professional assistance to our users

• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of workstation hardware, software and peripheral devices

• Analysis and resolution of system, infrastructure and network faults

• Administration of user accounts, permissions, Active Directory as well as the Microsoft 365 environment including Microsoft Teams

• Support of specialised applications and collaboration in the development and implementation of IT solutions with internal and external partners

• Participation in the optimisation of IT processes, creation of documentation and conducting user training

Your profile:

• Completed training in the IT field or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in IT support or IT service management

• Practical experience in client management, support of workstation infrastructures as well as good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Active Directory)

• Basic understanding of networks and interest in modern IT systems and applications

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style combined with a strong service and customer orientation

• Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP), Atlassian Jira, PowerShell or other automation technologies is an advantage

• Very good German skills as well as good English skills

• Enjoyment of working in a production-related environment of a foundry
