To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual who enjoys customer contact.

Your tasks

• Handling and monitoring the entire customer order process from order receipt to the timely arrival of goods at the customer for the assigned customer group
• Creating delivery notes, invoices and credit notes
• Scheduling with production and suppliers to establish reliable delivery dates
• Creating and maintaining framework agreements
• Contact person for national and international customers and suppliers
• Hub function between internal departments and the support of our customers and suppliers
• Active participation in continuous improvement processes

Your profile

• Completed training, preferably in a commercial field
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Confident German and English skills, both spoken and written, are required
• Solid user knowledge of MS Office, SAP Business One knowledge is an advantage
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Precise and punctual working style
• Enthusiasm and commitment
• Team-oriented, resilient and reliable personality
