- University degree (Master) in law
- Knowledge in administrative law
- Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and working in a political environment
- Quick comprehension, good analytical and conceptual thinking as well as a goal-oriented working style
- Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
