Employee in Business Management (m/f/d)
from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement- You process and coordinate demanding departmental, government, and cantonal council matters, working closely with the departmental management.
- You review, edit, and coordinate proposals, consultations, and co-reports, ensuring their quality.
- You keep track of deadlines, schedules, and procedures even when handling several parallel matters.
- You assist in the departmental preparation and follow-up of the weekly government meetings as well as the sessions of the cantonal council.
- When information, documents, or initial assessments of issues are needed at short notice, you provide reliable foundations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in public administration is an advantage, as well as a proven interest in political processes and administrative procedures
- Confidence in editing demanding texts
- Structured, careful working style with a strong awareness of quality, even under deadline pressure
- Confident and reflective use of IT and administrative systems as well as common AI tools
- A varied role at the interface of politics and administration
- Direct collaboration with the departmental management and a broad network within the administration
- A small, well-coordinated team that supports each other
