Customer Advisor (m/f)
We have plenty of great tasks for you:
- You manage and develop your assigned customer segments by phone and implement various sales campaigns together with sales, marketing, and product management
- You specifically develop existing customer relationships further and strengthen customer loyalty through reactivation, win-back, and loyalty programmes
- You follow up on offers in close cooperation with sales and accompany sales opportunities until successful completion
- You identify cross- and upselling potentials and actively market our products and services across the various business areas
- You work closely with our field sales team, identify new business opportunities, and support joint market development
You are our man or woman if you:
- ideally have training in heating or sanitary engineering
- have a technical flair and an interest in systems
- preferably have good SAP and MS Office skills
- enjoy telephone customer contact and like to actively approach customers
- ideally have experience in customer service, telesales, or inside sales
- think customer- and sales-oriented and enjoy further developing customer relationships
