Independent handling of technical support cases in 1st and 2nd level as well as ensuring reliable IT support for employees at various international locations
Administration and support of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments as well as support of business-relevant applications including AutoCAD
Execution of client configurations, software installations and hardware deployments as well as management of user permissions and software licences
Participation in IT infrastructure projects, migrations and rollouts as well as support in user training and further development of standardised IT service processes
Qualifications:
IT specialist EFZ or comparable technical training with corresponding IT further education
Practical experience in 1st and 2nd level support as well as sound user knowledge in Microsoft 365, Windows and common ticketing systems
Basic knowledge of network and security technologies as well as interest in supporting and further developing modern business applications
Analytical and solution-oriented personality with a high service orientation, initiative and very good German and English skills
