We challenge you

• with the processing and resolution of support tickets from users of the P40 system
• in supporting P40 users with professional questions about occupational benefits and their implementation in P40
• in collaborating on the onboarding of pension funds to the P40 pension fund administration system in close cooperation with internal and external contacts
• in quality assurance of onboarding in cooperation with technical and professional specialists
• with testing new functionalities and bug fixes
• in training and supporting users of the P40 pension fund administration system

You fit well with us

• with your several years of experience in pension fund administration, especially in benefits management, as well as your strong IT affinity or even experience in IT
• thanks to your good user knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially MS Excel
• because as a team player you feel at home in a small, agile team and live responsibility every day
• because, like us, you bring a high service orientation, communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
