Role:
As a Technical Internal Service Specialist, you have in-depth knowledge in the field of hydraulics. You advise and support customers and partners, assist the field service, and accompany technical orders from inquiry to delivery. You coordinate orders and special solutions and work closely with internal departments.
Responsibilities:
You support customers and partners and assist the field service.
You prepare and process quotations and orders and accompany them until delivery.
You coordinate special solutions with internal and external parties.
You maintain customer, article, and price data in the ERP system.
You work closely with purchasing, logistics, and project management and support process optimisations.
Qualifications:
You have a technical EFZ qualification with commercial further training.
You have experience in internal sales or technical customer service.
You have good ERP and MS Office skills.
You speak German fluently; French and/or English are advantageous.
