As a member of our clinic management, you work closely with all areas of our psychiatric clinic and shape the strategic and entrepreneurial direction of the nursing organisation. You take overall responsibility for all nursing teams and ensure that modern, safe and patient-centred care is practised. In addition to the direct management of the nursing departments in our patient houses, you are also responsible for central units such as quality management, central nursing education, nursing development, the pharmacy, as well as patient disposition & therapy booking office.

In this broad field of activity, you manage both strategic and operational projects, further develop nursing standards with your teams and ensure that quality, education and care are optimally coordinated.

You lead the nursing profession through upcoming change and growth processes of the clinic and ensure that our familiar, appreciative and interprofessional culture is preserved and can continue to develop. You actively network with cantonal authorities, professional committees, associations and other relevant partners in healthcare.
