Caretaker / All-rounder 100% for the Management of Multiple Properties

About the job

We are looking for a caretaker / all-rounder to manage several rental properties with a workload of 100%. In this varied role, you will look after the technical systems, organise and supervise tradesmen services / renovation work, and undertake cleaning and grounds maintenance. As the direct contact person for our tenants, you will be the first point of contact for technical concerns, faults, and minor repairs around the properties, handling their issues independently and solution-oriented. This position requires independence and personal responsibility.

Your Profile

You should be a reliable, sociable, and resilient individual with leadership qualities and meet the following requirements:

Flexibility as well as an independent, efficient, and conscientious working style Completed apprenticeship in a manual trade Manual skills Driving licence category B Good German and French language skills Knowledge of maintenance cleaning Good physical fitness and resilience Willingness to work partially on Saturdays in emergencies Good manners

Maintenance, cleaning, supervision of buildings and outdoor facilities Supervision of tradesmen services Planning of renovation work Participation in renovation work within your area of expertise Supervision of technical systems Minor repair work Point of contact for tenants
