Vocational Training Coordinator Nursing 80-100%

• You are responsible for the learning support and performance assessment of our apprentices and students during the training process
• Implementation of the training concept
• Co-responsibility for ensuring the quality of practical training and its further development
• Organisation of learning forums and conducting internal training sessions for our students
• Primary contact person for the locations, professional associations, vocational schools and cantonal authorities
• Support in recruiting apprentices/students
• You conduct training discussions, document the training status, are familiar with the current training regulations and are responsible for their monitoring and compliance.
• Responsibility for professionally conducted competency assessments and educational reports, in collaboration with the apprentices

• Swiss federally recognised diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH
• Completed further training SVEB 1 or SVEB 2 or willingness to complete the federal specialist certificate Trainer
• Experience with apprentices and students in the nursing field (at least 2 years)
• Enjoyment in supporting apprentices and students in nursing and accompanying their professional development
• Systematic and independent working style as well as good conceptual skills
• Ability to accompany individuals and groups in learning processes and to support them with enthusiasm in their professional development
• Strong social, professional and methodological skills
