For our location KHO at Witellikerstrasse 40, 8032 Zurich, we are looking for a
Study Coordinator (m/f/d) 80% - 100%.
The Clinic for Haematology & Oncology Hirslanden Zurich (KHO) and the Oncology Centre Zurich (OZH) have been working together since 2026
as part of the Hirslanden Cancer Institute, combining outpatient and inpatient oncology, haematology and modern
system therapies under one roof. What distinguishes us: interdisciplinary collaboration, high medical standards and a culture
that puts people at the centre – both patients and employees.
Your tasks
- Independent coordination of assigned study projects according to GCP guidelines in close cooperation with the medical team and the
nursing staff
- Logistical study planning
- Data management, entries in electronic Case Report Forms
- Creation, maintenance and archiving of study folders
- Ordering, issuing and control of study medications
- Monitoring target achievement (quality management, deadlines, budgets)
- Contact person for study sponsors and study participants
- Planning, conducting and follow-up of patient and monitoring visits
- Support in the preparation of audits and inspections
Your profile:
- Completed training in a medical-scientific profession with professional experience in conducting
clinical studies, preferably in oncology
- Valid GCP certificate
- Further training in clinical research is an advantage (e.g. CAS Clinical Trial Management)
- Strong organisational skills, high level of independence, structured and precise working approach
- Communicative and team-oriented personality
- German and English skills at a scientific level as well as confident handling of standard IT are prerequisites
