Teacher and Job Coach 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Accompanying young people and young adults on their way into vocational training or the primary labour market Teaching general education (ABU) Individual support and assistance for participants Conducting support discussions and collaborating in an interdisciplinary team Writing support, learning and final reports Co-designing and further developing our support programmes

Your profile

Pedagogical training, SVEB 1 or comparable practical experience Enjoyment in working with young people and young adults Empathy, patience, humour and at the same time the ability to accompany clearly and motivatingly Interest in intercultural cooperation and diverse life stories Team spirit and a positive attitude Structured working method as well as confident German in spoken and written form
