Your tasks

• Organize and deliver basic, complementary, and specific training for mechanical design apprentices.
• Conduct Intercompany Courses (CI) for external apprentices.
• Provide initial training within the company for apprentices from external organizations.
• Design and deliver adult training programs upon internal request.

Your profile

• Certified Mechanical Designer (AFC or equivalent) with solid CAD and ISO-GPS/ISO 8015 standards knowledge.
• Solid background in pedagogy, youth coaching, and educational communication, combined with a business-oriented mindset to bridge technical education with real-world industrial needs.
• Skilled in MS Office and 3D printing technologies.
• Completed (or willing to complete) the basic course for in-company apprentice trainers.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and ability to engage with young learners.
• Fluent in Italian and English; German or French is a plus.
